We are Laura and Shane a local couple, who are parents of two young children Seth and Elsie. We own three holiday letting properties in Conwy town. We have had our holiday lets for four years.
The properties that we holiday let in Conwy are – Aldersyde (sleeps 8) Tal y Fan (sleeps 4) and Bluebell cottage (sleeps 2) and they are all pet friendly!
We love living in Conwy and one of our properties ‘Aldersyde’ is our former family home. As a family we love cycling, walking, wild swimming and paddle boarding in Snowdonia National Park and can advise and guide you on local places to visit and things to do during your stay,if you wish.
As owners of our beloved Bella, our 14 year old tri coloured sheepdog, we know people love to holiday with their pets and being located in such a beautiful walking area of North Wales, all of our properties accept well behaved pets.
With hillside walks right from the doorstep,dog friendly beaches and a dog friendly local pub less than 10 minutes walk away , you know your best friend will have a wonderful holiday,Bella has given the paw of approval to Conwy and all of our properties

Our Properties
Aldersyde is a three bedroom dog friendly Victorian semi detached house Built-in 1895.This property is our former family home and can sleep up to eight people. Bursting with a wealth of original Victorian features such as a working Victorian coal fire, coving, high ceilings and original tiled and wooden floors it’s the perfect retreat for a family or group but is a delightful bolthole for a couple too.Just a short walk from Conwy Castle, Conwy Quay and Conwy town centre.
Bluebell cottage is a mid terrace old fisherman’s cottage built in 1880.This dog friendly romantic cottage is perfect for couples being so quaint and cosy…. It has its own parking space and a lovely shared communal garden just a stone’s throw from the town walls, Conwy castle, Conwy town centre and Conwy quay.
Our newest property is called Tal y Fan – this pet friendly split level bungalow was a real renovation project for us. The property sleeps 4 persons and has a huge Southwest facing garden great for BBQ’s and boasts beautiful views of Tal y Fan Mountain down the valley and the Conwy castle walls. This property has off road parking for 2 vehicles and is a short walk outside the town walls in Gyffin.
