What time can I arrive and what time must I depart?

Arrival time is from 4pm and we kindly ask that you vacate the property by 10 am on departure day and return the key to the lock box.

Do you provide linen and towels in the holiday cottages?

All of our holiday cottages provide linen plus bath towels. Bathrooms have hand towels and bath mats. We do not provide beach towels so we recommend you bring them. We do not provide cot bedding.Bathrooms are stocked with a toilet roll, and kitchens with washing up liquid, washing up sponge, kitchen paper towel,a cloth and a tea towel.

How do I access the holiday Cottage?

Prior to your arrival, we will email you a full guide to your holiday cottage and details of how to access and find your holiday cottage, you will be provided with an entry code to access the property.We also give you information of local eateries, things to do,’must sees’ , a health and safety guide to your cottage and important information -doctors/hospitals/dentist/vets information.

Do you provide holiday insurance.?

We do not provide insurance for your holiday but do require you to have your own holiday insurance policy in place.

Can you provide details of a local taxi firm?

Castle Cabs is a local taxi company and can be contacted on (01492) 593398. https://www.castlecabsconwy.co.uk/.

Rogers taxi also frequent Conwy and can be contacted on 01492 572224

There is a river taxi boat available from Conwy key over to the Deganwy and back the riverboat also goes from gangway to the Mulberry on Conwy Marina, the phone number is 0754451442.

Can you recommend places to eat and drink?

There are many wonderful places to eat and drink in Conwy! Here’s just a few…

Alfredo’s Italian restaurant – booking in advance is always required as it’s always very busy Call 01492592381

Two the square – situated on the town square 01492592381 Cafe – serves alcohol


The Castle Hotel for fine dining and a  champagne and gin bar , there is also a garden at the back of the hotel with castle wall views – allows dogs in the garden.


Bank of Conwy allows dogs inside the building and has a live band on a Friday night (Pre Covid).

The Albion pub also allows dogs inside and serves real ales.


The Erskine pub is situated just off the town square opposite the train station.

The George and Dragon pub has a lovely outside seating area (allows dogs.)


The Mulberry pub on Conwy Marina -it is a lovely walk alongside the river about a mile and a half down to the Marina ,it has as a lovely sunny  terrace in the evening overlooking the boats and marina.

The Bridge Inn is now a Johnny Doughs pizzeria, it is always very busy requires booking in advance.


Find dining at Signatures is approx 2 miles away situated on Aberconwy  caravan park- booking in advance is required. It is always very bus and has very good reviews.

Watsons  bistro is located in the town walls, fine dining and is always very busy.


Down on the quay the Liverpool Arms  is a small  old pub which is situated within part of the town walls, it’s lovely to have a drink outside on the Quay, it’s always very busy in the summer.


A little further away is The Fairy Glen Pub in Dwygyfylchi, with outside seating area. Pub grub , Very large portions and reasonably priced in a beautiful little valley location. Ll34 6SP

The Deganwy Quay Luxury hotel and spa has sun on the terrace in the daytime. LL3 19DQ.

All of the above can be checked out on trip advisor. However we have eaten at them all and we wouldn’t post them on our website if we had a bad experience.
